Is there an easy way to get \startpostponing to wait until the next left hand
page? Or do I need to do some page calculations / logic to work out whether to
do \startpostponing[+1] or \startpostponing[+2] ?

What I really want to do...
I'm experimenting using \startlinetable to print a wide table spanned across
two pages, so I need to start on the left hand page. I tried using
\placefloat[table][leftpage]{}{} with the linetable as content but the
linetable got confused.

Secondary question: is \startlinetable the only table mechanism that can span
across pages or have bTABLEs / extreme tables caught up?
