The approach in lmtx is different i.e. instead of a stepwise approach
the whols assembly is processed and optimized (aka mvl balancing): more
predictable and better overall quality.

There are a few examples in the test suite. We have a variant of the old
manual for lmtx (not yet in the distribution, we need to check it and
can then add it). You can also look into m-bibles.mkxl to get an idea.
There will be a more extensive manual after Mikael has finished doing
his lecture notes in the new setup because that is our 'big' test case.
