Thanks, I think that makes it nicely discoverable for people like me.
Mind you, given the (apparently) small number of people who are able to
delete pages, probably I was the only person who wanted to read that page
and didn't know about it.
Related to that, do you think the "Pre-existing pages" section should
mention that the "leave a redirect" box is only available to some people?
And maybe what such people should do if they really want to convert an old
page to a new one?
