Link border is misplaced when \setlayer contains \rotate and there is
text before the \goto command (\MyURL in the sample).
I guess something may be misbehaving in ConTeXt.
Could anyone give me a hint?
I see what goes wrong but there will be no upload until we've tested
some multiple note trickery.
