Hi there !
I spent part of the afternoon looking into it, but so far I haven't
figured out where to even start with this challenge! Out of frustration,
I turned to testing the SBL bibliographic module, comparing it to APA
formatting. It's so hot, and the pool is way too crowded!

I had to rewrite a bit of ANSS because of footnotes in footnotes not
"behaving" in LMTX. I look forward to the answer to your question. :-)
