Hello everyone.
Given the following source file, my ConTeXt (on LMTX) produces a
table of contents where the filler dots of the chapter don't align
with the dots of the sections.

With \showglyphs, the misalignment is better visible to human
eyes. You may also use other words than “iiiii”; only some words
trigger the misalignment.
