I do not have Acrobat, but when using okular, I get nothing before
also enabling interaction (\setupinteraction[state=start]), and then I
get what I expect (the url www.org in green, and hovering points to
http://www.org). Is Acrobat perhaps trying to make a link out of
something that is not?
indeed, pdf viewers tend to do that, wasting time on interpreting urls's
.. kind of weird, esp when links in general go dead eventually
