Dear Gerben: Thanks, the t-amsl module does seemed to be pre- installed. I just downloaded TeX/LaTeX/ ConTexT recently (mid June) using an all-in-one-step installer, and I have not upgraded, so I guess that my t-amsl file might be outdated. Thanks for the suggestion about where to put the new module -- this will help in the future. Best wishes, Tom
