Hello, I think that I have found the culprit why the installer for minimals fails on windows. If one tries to install minimals to some location with uppercase letters in folder names, rsync fails to create new folders at that location.
So if Hans installs them to top folder, it works fine for him, but when I have tested them in "Temp" or "Documents and Settings, it faild". I will try to "CD" to the desired location and then use relative paths instead of absolute ones. rsync on windows is a complete mess ...
