I put a new version online and names changed, the setups is now:

\setupletterstyle
  [dispatch]
  [height=0pt]

or

\setupletterstyle
  [option]
  [dispatch=no]

and

\setupletterstyle
  [addressee]
  [location=normal,
   align={right,lohi},
   height=\vsize]
