From font-ini: The next two macros are user ones. With \setupbodyfont one can set the document bodyfont size, font family, style and/or options defined in files, for example: \setupbodyfont[cmr,ams,12pt,roman] This command affects the document as a whole: text, headers and footers. The second macro however affects only the text: \switchtobodyfont[10pt] Both macros look alike. The second one also has to take all kind of keywords into account.
