How to get a second level footnote that is typeset with it own
numbering, some thing like:

Main text body[1] has two footnotes[2].

------
1. First level footnote[1]
2. Another one

 ------
 1. Second level footnote.

Currently the footnote will just go after the parent one.

\definenote[subfootnote][location=page]

\starttext

Main text body\footnote{First level footnote\subfootnote{Second level footnote.}}
has two footnotes\footnote{Another one}.

\stoptext
