there is a manual on charts at:

In your case you need to setup the flowchart and indicate the number
of cells per x an y direction.
You can also manipulate the didstance between cells.
In case that you want to let the chart break over more pages call the
flowchart with \FLOWcharts[...] instead of \FLOWchart[...]
\setupFLOWcharts[..,..=..,..]

height dimension
offset none overlay standard dimension
dx dimension
dy dimension
nx number
ny number
x number
y number
autofocus name
focus name
