Indeed, http://wiki.contextgarden.net/ConTeXt_Minimals says that
|setuptex.bat| is provided in |installation-dir\tex\, but in reality, it
sits in i||nstallation-dir\|||. Shoud I correct the wiki or have I
overlooked something?
