I do get romannumerals on each page now, but this is not reflected in the
TOC as it does in MkII. Below is the minimal example.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
\starttext
\startfrontmatter

\setupuserpagenumber[numberconversion=romannumerals]
\setuppagenumber[number=1]
\completecontent[criterium=all]

\chapter{Intro}

\input tufte

\stopfrontmatter

\startbodymatter
\setuppagenumber[number=1]

\chapter{knuth}

\input knuth

\stopbodymatter

\stoptext
%%%%%%%%%%%%

Help,
Derek
