Just a notice to all Snow Leopard users. I managed to reproduce the problem (I was sure there would be a problem, but people claimed that it worked that way). The easiest temporary patch is to remove --make in mtxrun call in first-setup.sh (and then make formats manually), but I will try to fix it.
