It used to work until Hans started using texmfstart.exe. As opposed to standalone version of ConTeXt some paths had not been resolved properly on MikTeX (a bug in ConTeXt), but nobody had ever debug the behaviour, so CS removed ConTeXt from MikTeX packages.
