You are right, it is This is LuaTeX, Version beta-0.60.0-2010040422. I tried now with a new installation of the minimals (downloading first-setup.sh and running it), and I get the same error. Is there an easy way to downgrade the luatex? Can I provide more information that can help to fix this?
