ConTeXt minimals come with TeX Gyre fonts that provide a Times clone
called Termes. If you are using the ConTeXt method of loading fonts, then
you do not have to change anything. In MkII
\usetypescript[times][texnansi]ext
\input knuth
\stoptext
\setupbodyfont[times]
\starttext
\input knuth
\stoptext
gives you TeXGyre Termes.
