Hi all,
it is not possible to adapt the interline space in delimited text environments
(without explicit add a \par) anymore. Example:
\setupdelimitedtext[blockquote][style=small]
\starttext
\input tufte
\startblockquote
\input tufte % \par
\stopblockquote
\input tufte
\stoptext
