\completecontent        == \title   + \placecontent
\completelist           == \title   + \placelist
\completelistofsynonyms == \chapter + \placelistofsynonyms + \page
\completeregister       == \chapter + \placeregister       + \page
\completepublications   == \chapter + \placepublications
