Map section to include both id and title. (Untested)

% Then flush para separately
% \xmlall{#1}{/para}
% or
% \xmlconcat {#1} {/para} {\par}
% or better, add a contents tag around the contents

% and then use
% \xmlfirst{#1}{/contents}
