Saw this in the university library the other week, and almost postted about it. I'd like to add: it is freely available avilable in PDF ( http://mitpress.mit.edu/books/full_pdfs/Street-Fighting_Mathematics.pdf ) and (if I remember rightly) the author effusively thanks the authors of ConTeXt (and the other free software used in the book's production) in three different places :-).
