Hi Hans,

it seems \processtablebuffer ignores the table settings (at least the 
stretch-option).

\startbuffer[my:xtable]
  \startxtable[option=stretch]
    \startxrow
      \startxcell alpha \stopxcell
      \startxcell beta  \stopxcell
      \startxcell gamma \stopxcell
    \stopxrow
  \stopxtable
\stopbuffer

\getbuffer[my:xtable]    \blank
\processxtablebuffer[my:xtable]

\stoptext
