I'm interested in Japanese to work as well... Should be easy - no hyphenation, just split the word when the line is full and continue on the next one. There are some more subtle rules for vertical typesetting (e.g. full stops 。 and commas 、 hang over), but for horizontal typesetting you'd just want to split the line anywhere... Can that be done?
