Wolfgang started to maintain a list of ConTeXt commands, but I'm not sure if he's still on it: https://bitbucket.org/wolfs/commands During the last few months the wiki got plenty of new commands added that you could use. But I don't think there's an interface to retrieve information from the wiki in an automated fashion.
