I would like to create a header on every page with some fixed text in the header. Simply doing
\setupheadertexts[Some text] \setupheader[state=start] Does not produce a header on any page, yet \setupfootertexts[Some text] \setupfooter[state=start] does produce a footer on every page. Why does one work and the other does not? Troy Henderson
