Is 'toppath:' prefix working?

... My observation so far:

'toppath' works with \component, so if one needs to include a file, it's better
to include it via:

\component file.tex

where 'topttath' works as well:

\component toppath:/path-relative-to-me/file.tex

whilst

\input path-relative-to-me/file.tex

works "traditionally", so path is always relative to the directory the
compilation is launched from.

Best regards,

Lukas
