You already have MKIV (probably)
  As already mentioned, just type   "context" instead of "texexec" as the 
command.
 
  $  context   name-of-your-tex-file.tex

  I to had to learn that "texexec" is the script invoking MKII and that 
"context" is
  the script that invokes MKIV.  But both are usually included in a 
distribution I believe.
