I don't know! \startplacerightfigure[location=bottom,...] should work,
but doesn't. (MWE below.)
Perhaps somebody else knows? Or perhaps this is a bug?
it's a bug ... i moved some analyzing code (while doing this combination
extension) and forgot to check the \start variant
