Thanks very much Mica for your support. Once I executed first the setuptex.bat, the other command lines are worked nicely.
I want just notice that for people that want to work with the text editor WinEdt, there is now a macro command contributed by Karl Koeller which allows running ConTeXt within WinEdt, and which is very simple to manage.
