My PDF viewer is Adobe Reader XI (11.0.06) on Windows 7. The file is
produced with the current ConTeXt beta (2014-02-14).

It does not work for me. I can confirm it is Ok in Summatra (less strict to
the standard?), but it should work everywhere.
