To avoid the line breaks in the reference context has to redefined the meaning
of \crlf and \\ when
the reference content is shown in the text which happens at the moment only for
the \about command.

\startsection[reference={sec:one},

\startparagraph
See \about[sec:one].
\stopparagraph
\stopsection
