I've found a workaround by passing the value as an argument to the lua code :

\def\stopzonetexte
  
{\ctxlua{userdata.traiterbuffer(buffers.getcontent('zonetexte'),[==[\the\hsize]==])}

Now, I try to figure how to get em size in points.
