LuaTeX Release 0.90.0 was released 2016032512

This is the version that will go on TeX Live 2016
- mostly small bug fixes
- a few setters/getters added to the pdf namespace (were in the tex one
before)
- a few patches to the lua interface macros
- a bit more control over protrusion edges
- no fundamental changes
As usual,
