Hi Hans and Mohammad Reza, I can confirm that the wrong behaviour of numbers and digits in Right to Left (more specifically Persian) is recent: indeed with
ConTeXt ver: 2015.05.18 12:26 MKIV current fmt: 2015.6.18 int: english/english from TeXLive 2015 the numbers and digits are rendered as they should. Is it related to some changes in LuaTeX?
