At first sight this seemed to work fine: the scheme is switched and the resulting hyphenations are mostly correct. But the patterns are in a way not complete.

Hann var Ófeigs-son burlu-fóts Ívars-son-ar beytils. Ön-und-ur var bróð-ir Guð-bjarg-ar, móð-ur Guð-brands kúlu, föð-ur Ástu, móð-ur Ól-afs kon-ungs hins helga.
