Are those global or local or can they be prefixed? For example, can we do this:

  \setparagraphfreezing
  ….
  \placefigure[left]{}{} {Bla bla \forgetparagraphfreezing .. <override some 
stuff> }

or would that still trigger the built-in freeze ?
