I have this sample:

[test]
[separator={;}, % tab

first=\bTR,last=\eTR,
left=\bTD,right=\eTD]

\processdatabasefile[test][test.csv]
\stoptext
A test.csv is attached.
The table splits but no header is repeated.
I guess I have to define that the first row in the file is the header.
How to achieve this?
