I was using Fedora 15 and now 16.   I also have used the network security 
toolkit, which is based off a fedora livecd build.



I would recommend the network security toolkit, and to build it by hand if you 
can.   It will ensure all the dependencies are met, creates a nice live CD that 
can be installed to hard disk.  It also provides you with other nice tools from 
both a network and security perspective.
