Hello, I known multiple network traffic solutions .
Ntop is a good one with the possibility to see bandwidth usage, protocols informations, VOIP traffic, etc... But there is a big functionality missing which is the possibility to do some zones with network subnet like firewalls . For example, If you do a mirroring on a specific server and you want to see what is the network part (IP subnet) who is responsible of the slow down or the biggest network bandwidth usage. You cannot do this in a simple way. Actually, you see all the network traffic from your network to this particular server IP... I have used others proprietary solutions and they gives this possibility. It will be a great news to see that in one of the next release of NTOP. What do you think about this kind of functionality ?
