Ok, applied it. Made things very worse. The following top output was made
after 15min. The CPU was 0 in the first 10-12 minutes and then increased

Before that over the weekend I had a 9MB serialCache file. If you think
that the 100K file I have now is not ok, then I will mail it to you.
Sadly, I didn't saved that 9MB :-(
