Reply to the list, not me personally. 2.1.2 is unsupported ... end of the 2.1 series is 2.1.3.
Current development version is 2.1.54 Understand that the mySQL 'support' was removed because it didn't work, in favor of rrd. There are some scripts in the database and/or obsolete directories people used with some reports of better success vs. the internals. Usual problem is that you installed mySQL server and not the client pieces (which have the .h files ntop looks for).
