Add a quick&dirty web server page, showMutex.html, to show the status of
the mutexes (assuming multi-threaded mode, obviously).
If you suspect that ntop is hung, but the web server still works, check this
page, e.g. http://127.0.0.1:3000/showMutex.html and see if there's something
in the "blocked" column that isn't changing.
The report now also outputs the timestamp for the last lock.
