Log Message:
Add an "Arbitrary RRD Actions" section to the rrdPlugin's main page.
This lets you:
* Create a graph of an arbitrary rrd file
* Display the url to request the graph
* Retrieve rrd data in table form
* Retrieve rrd data as CSV, suitable for cut & paste
Notes:
1. A graph is returned as a png (mime type png) and will display
ONLY the graph, without any html headings.
2. The file selection is a drop down which does not reflect the
actual RRD(s) available - it's purely a list of possible files.
