(1) No particular reason, I just felt that resizing to
44 bytes would be strange, and could fail for people
whose NICs have even longer names. So I doubled to
value to 64 to provide extra room. I did not rename my
NICs: WinPcap makes up its own names.

(2) I won't make it in time. I focused on solving this
issue and didn't really polish my modified sources - I
just hacked things together instead of doing #ifdefs,
and I refuse to send messed sources for you to wade
through. I'll make it good and portable before
submitting; if you consider it important, please visit
http://savefile.com/projects.php?pid=420840 and
download my sources to make your own diffs. I hope to
tidy things up and make diffs this weekend.

BTW, to those running ntop on Linux, can you get it to
generate arbitrary graphs? ntop crashes on my Windows
