First off, that's a useless report - you need to give us more information - read docs/FAQ on how to ask for help. Little things like what environment this is and what version of ntop are important.
But there is a breadcrumb in the log extract you sent: ntop v.3.0 Patch 1.01b SourceForge .tgz MT (SSL) Which allows me to observe: (1) 3.0 is outdated and unsupported. Use 3.1 (or better yet the CVS version which is close to becoming 3.2) (2) Patch 1.01b is something I'm unfamiliar with - it reads like somebody has patched the SourceForge .tgz file.
