PF_RING ?s belong in ntop-misc. As a thought, check the version the patches were designed for - there's a lot more variability release to release in the 2.6 kernel than there ever was in 2.4.

I searched the list archives for any mention of pmd_offset_map but there was none. Do you know whats going on?
