Log Message:
Changed the way ntop works. Now there's a packet queue per interface
contrary to the single queue that ntop had until now. This means better
performance when ntop has multiple active interfaces as every interface
processes packets independently from the others. Furthermore sFlow-intensive
instances do not cause packet discard as sFlow interfaces multiply input
packets that do not overflow as they are not queued into the corresponding
sFlow interface and not on the common/shared queue.
