Hi, It seems like the -P option to specify the database path on 3.2.7 Windows version does not work, at least not as I expected...
I run with the following command line ntop /c -i 0 -P "c:\ntoptest" -Q "c:\ntoptest" It creates a ntoptest directory and within it a directory named with some kind of time stamp (2219901711) as well as the RRD directory with the same time stamp directory within. No matter how I try with slashes, double slashes, backslashes, double backslashes, precreated directory etc, I can't get it to write to a directory outside the program directory, they all give me the error "failed sanity check" as shown below. What I would like is to have Ntop create all dynamic files (DB-files and RRDs) on my D: drive while having the application installed on the C: drive. Anyone who knows if that is possible? Best regards Roger Running with double backslashes or a single forward slash C:\Program\ntop-Win32>ntop /c -s -P "c:\\ntoptest" Running ntop for Win32. 01/08/07 17:28:47 THREADMGMT[t5476]: ntop
